    Perfect Chocolate Brownies,This is the best brownie recipe I’ve ever used and I’ve used several!,Flavorwise these are great. I cannot stand the hard top layer or the way these sank in the middle. I made half using 2 T. less cocoa. These need more salt. I won’t be making these again.,Great taste was so rich and great we could smell it from a mile away and i wanted the so bad, cook them for 25 min instead of 30 when you do it though

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Grease a 9x13" Pan.

    Melt Shortening in a Large Saucepan Over Low Heat, Then Stir in Cocoa.

    Remove from Heat.

    Mix in Sugar and Vanilla Then Mix in Eggs One at a Time.

    Stir in Remaining Ingredients Then Stir in Nuts.

    Cool Completely, Before Cutting Into 2x2" Squares.
