Ultimate Shrimp Scampi Linguini, This is a super simple recipe for shrimp scampi. Such a rich and elegant dish! For the white wine, I would recommend a Pinot Grigio. This is my take on a Tyler Florence recipe from Tyler’s Ultimate!, This is a great recipe. Used shrimp broth include of dry wine and added freshly graded parmesan cheese. Outstanding. No leftovers, Too lemony and needed something…. we added parmesan cheese and it tasted better……of course I did not have the shallots and it does not say when to add the salt and pepper so it was kind of bland…..needs more flavor so I need to use the shallots next time and maybe less lemon…..possibly more garlic and fresh parsley instead of dried…..my husband said it was good…..I want him to say it was great!!!!!
