Perfect Peppermint Patties,These are wonderful to serve at the very end of an elegant dinner, or just for noshing when you are in the mood for a breath of fresh air!,Do these need to be kept refrigerated?,This recipe is delicious! BUT…..the patties kept melting when I put them in the chocolate to dip. The finished product is ugly and messy (which is not making me happy because I like my homemade goodies to look as wonderful as they taste). I tried letting them sit on a table and dry a bit; I tried putting them in the frig. I tried the freezer. To no avail. They melted when they hit the chocolate.
