Perfect Perogy Casserole, I found this recipe in the flyer of a food store, and later found it on the Cheemo Perogies website It’s a great dish to serve perogies with a different twist on them I’ve substituted sausage for the ham and that works just as good I’ve never microwaved this dish so I can’t tell you how well it would turn out , I love this and really there about 100 subsitutes I can think of My husband loved this and said we will never eat perogies any other way again thanks I added a little spice to taste, garlic, cummin, and pepper No salt because the soup has more then enough Thank you so much , I had kielbasa to use up and a big bag of potato and cheese pierogies in the freezer, so I thought I’d give this a try I made it as directed, but had to use low fat cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom I also use light kielbasa and light cheddar cheese as a rule This was tasty and easy DH suggested next time I try cheddar cheese soup instead for a cheesier casserole Thanks for sharing!

In a Small Skillet Melt Butter or Margarine and Saute Onion and Green Pepper For 5 Minutes. |

in a Medium Size Casserole Dish, Combine Frozen Perogies, Onion, Green Pepper and Ham. |

Combine Milk and Mushroom Soup and Pour Over Casserole. |
