    Sift the Flour and Salt Into Large Mixing Bowl.

    Stir in Yeast

    Make a Well in the Center of the Dry Ingredients. Pour the Water and Oil in to the Well.

    Mix With a Spoon to a Soft Dough.

    Turn Out Dough on Lightly Floured Surface and Knead For About 7-10 Mins Until Dough Is Smooth and Elastic.

    Place Dough in a Greased Bowl and Cover With Plastic Wrap. Let Rise in a Warm Place For About 1 Hour or Until the Dough Has Doubled Its Size

    Punch Down the Dough and Knead Again For 2-3 Minutes

    Roll or Strech Out Dough to Fit Pizza Pan. Top With Sauce and Cheese.

    Place in 425 F Preheated Over For 15-20 Mins Until Crisp and Golden.
