Perfect To Beat The Summer Heat – Colourful

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very nice salad although it is VERY sweet with 2 tbsp of honey particularly as the honey in these parts is quite strong tasting. Next time I would use 1/2-1 Tbsp of honey. The dressing thanks to all of that honey is a sticky gluggy mess when you first make it but it does combine with the orange juice from the oranges so you just have to make sure that you mix it well.
We ate this with a dish that had some caraway in it and the combination was actually quite nice.
certainly easy to make and both kids ate well [age 14 months and 4 years] which was a bonus!
