Perfect Wacky Cake,This is Mom’s favorite chocolate cake. Easy to make and has a little different twist. Also has no eggs or dairy products. Pick your favorite frosting for the top–Mom likes 7-minute the best.,When you read this recipe, you might think it’s just an easy cake for kids to make, because they’ll eat anything with sugar. But it really tastes delicious! It is moist, with a light texture. I think it’s even better the 2nd day. We’ve made this in my family for decades, it was always our go-to choice when making hot fudge ice cream cake (cake on the bottom, ice cream, then cover with hot fudge). But it’s also good just by itself. Thanks for posting this!,I was looking for a small cake recipe when I stumbled on this one. I was definitely intrigued by the ingredients so decided to give it a try. My husband and I just loved it. It was his birthday cake and disappeared faster than any other cake in recent memory! A keeper for sure!
