Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies, I first tried this recipe for my daughter’s graduation reception These were the first cookies gone and I had lots of people asking, Where DID you get this recipe?! I have tried lots of different chocolate chip cookies over the years and these truly are the ultimate in my family’s opinion Hope you enjoy them as much as we do , Best choc chip cookie I did change crisco for butter cos we didn’t have any crisco, but regardless best recipies for choc chip cookies I’ve made & I’ve made a few!, I did not care for these cookies used part butter to make them taste better Then I put both nuts and chips in There was no way I could have made these crispy, which is how I like them if I’d left them in longer than 8 mins they would have burned I had an old recipe that made the best ever off to find it My recipe is reminiscent of the original Toll House recipe that comes out perfect every time

Combine Shortening, Sugar, Milk and Vanilla in Large Bowl. |

Bake at 375 For 8-10 Minutes For Chewy Cookies (they Will Look Light and Moist--Do not Overbake), 11-13 Minutes For Crisp Cookies. |
