Perfectly Chocolate Hershey’s Hot Cocoa, I have been making this recipe for ages now and when I first found it, it was on the side of Hershey’s Cocoa Tin As a matter of fact, my mother used to make this for my sister and me in Cuba, when we weren’t even so little Found this on hershey’s web site , I wanted some hot chocolate tonight and all I had was Hersheys cocoa, sugar, and some half and half used about a 1/2 to 2/3 cup of half and half, added water to make a cup, and followed the rest of the recipe Delicious! I did use 2 tablespoons of cocoa (the adult variation), which I think is mandatory because I wouldn’t want it any less rich and chocolaty , Hello! If using rice, flax, almond, soy or coconut milk that is vanilla flavored, no need for the extract I think this goes without saying Also, I added 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract to mine I think, havent tried, instead of milk you could use coffee
