    Cuisine:

Just was curious about what Yorkshire Pudding was. Decided to try them. Came out just like your picture. A little too greasy for me. But they just popped right out of there. Served them with my homade chilli filled in them. ...tasted pretty good. Can see why y'all like them with gravy.

Yorkshire Pudding,This was my ex father in law’s recipe for Yorkshire puddings. He was a career cook in the Canadian military. These always turn out light and crispy. Great with a roast dinner and lots of gravy!,Just was curious about what Yorkshire Pudding was. Decided to try them. Came out just like your picture. A little too greasy for me. But they just popped right out of there. Served them with my homade chilli filled in them. …tasted pretty good. Can see why y’all like them with gravy.,This was great. It didn’t rise as much as it should have. I think I turned down the heat too much. I also had a very dry turkey, and needed the little fat it rendered for gravy, so used canola oil, which was not very satisfying. This will be repeated with the christmas roast
