    Persian Fruit Salad, This is a traditional fruit salad that we always serve in the summer It is traditionally served on the holiday of Tu Be’Shvat, but we love to eat it all summer long , how much salad is considered a serving?, Wow, I liked this a lot More than I thought I would used clementines instead of oranges, red delicious apples, I didn’t have dates so I left them out but I love soft Iranian dates, used dried apricots, the almonds and the coconut plus the rest of the ingredients I would make this again
