Persian Sugar- Pickled Garlic

Amazing. Easy and delicious. Three weeks hadn't gone by before I finished off the jar. I could not resist! This time I followed the recipe exactly. Next time I will use a big bag of peeled garlic from Costco and make much, much more. This recipe only made 1 pint jar and that is just not enough. Thank you for a fantastic recipe. Now if I can only manage to stay out of it until the next jar is ready to eat!
