Peruvian Garlic Chicken, How about something hot and spicy for dinner tonight? Serve this with boiled potatoes , This was really tasty! At the last minute I though I had peanuts and I didn’t used 1 Tbsp of peanut butter instead, my wife did not notice the peanut taste, but I thought it was a little strong Next time I will have to remember the peanuts! We use less onions because they’re not our favorite Also, I wasn’t sure what to do with the jalapenos, so I just plopped them in and let them simmer whole It did not make the meal too spicy , This was delicious used chicken tenders, and instead of yogurt sour cream The flavors are great, and it smelled wonderful as it cooked Thanks for a great chicken recipe!

Heat Oil in Large Pan and Saut Onions and Garlic Until Transparent. |
