Pesto Orzo With Peas, Orzo, or Rosamarina, is a rice-shaped pasta that cooks quickly Adding the peas and pesto gives it a nice flavor It makes a nice side dish to grilled chicken, oven-baked pork chops or anything you can think of , Thanks for posting Pam! This is a very mild flavored side dish that would be good for any palate It was nice as written My husband and I felt something was missing flavor-wise but couldn’t put our finger on it but even so we enjoyed it The kids ate it as there was no strong overpowering spice or taste After eating it the way it was written, I tried topping it with some fresh grated parmesan and it was good too Perfect for when you want a side dish to be a sidekick for the main dish and not take over it yet be well received Enjoy ChefDLH, Three ingredients, one pan – What could be better? How about that it tastes incredible! We really enjoyed this one
