Pickled Jalapeno Peppers,These are excellent. Canned tons of them and everyone keeps grabbing jars and running. Super hot!!!!,For canning the 2qt jalapeno, do I have to boil the jars before putting the peppers in the jar? Nevermind I know the answer “Google home canning for basic canning instructions”,I don’t understand the last step. Do you immerse the entire jar in the boiling water bath?

Slice Peppers or Leave Them Whole. |

Pack Peppers Tightly Into Clean, Hot Jars. |

Combine Vinegar and Water; Heat to a Simmer. |
