Picky Eaters Deviled Eggs

    One thing I do to keep the eggs from rolling all over the place is to cut a small slice off of the bottom. Then, I stick it back into the egg. If there is a hole or a thin spot, the slice will cover it up. Then I fill the egg as usual. The flat bottom will keep the egg from rolling around.

    Slice Eggs Lengthwise and Carefully Remove Yolks. Place Yolks in a Mixing Bowl and Whites on a Platter.

    Mash Yolks With a Fork or Potato Masher.
