1 teaspoon black pepper

2 potatoes, halved and then cut into strips
2 tomatoes, cut into strips
5 green chilies or 1 green pepper, cut into strips (the latter option for folks who don't like spice)
2 slices bacon, cut into strips
kitchen twine
2 red chilies

    Oh yummy!This is an amazing recipe.I tried it out twice.Though the first time the meat was tough a little.But the second time used veal & beleive me everyone enjoyed it as i made it for a party.I did replace the backbacon with chicken salami or a half sausage as my DH doesnt eat pork.Thanks a lot for this lovely recipe.

    Marinate the Meat in the Sauces, Garlic, Salt and Pepper For Atleast an Hour.

    Spread the Strips of Meat on a Flat Surface and Place a Strip Each of the Tomato, Potato, Chilli/ Pepper and Bacon Roll the Meat to Hold the Filling and Tie With a Pc of Twine Do This With All the Meat Place All the Meat Rolls in a Wok and Add the Red Chillies Heat on High For 5 Mins and Then Simmer For 15- 20 Mins Till the Meat Is Cooked Uncover and Cook on Med High Till Most of the Liquid Evaporates and Stir So That the Thick Sauce That Remains Coats All the Rolls So That They Seem Moist Serve on a Platter After Removing the Twine Tying Each Roll.
