Pineapple and Sour Cream Muffins,Light and yummy.I like these because they aren’t overly sweet.,I love that these are fill of fruit and not sugar, and I happily make them for my toddlers to eat for breakfast (or dessert). I got 10 muffins out of the recipe and added a little unsweetened coconut I found hanging out in the cupboard. And if you don’t have sour cream, plain yogurt works just fine. I’ll be making these often. (Next time I’ll remember to take a pic.) Thank you!,These muffins sounded light, yummy and different. However, I was wrong. They are rather plain, and I even added walnuts. I will not make these again, and I do not recommend them.
