Pineapple and Sweet Potato Casserole, This one has cream cheese in it and uses canned sweet potatoes, The flavor was good, but found that there was too much cream cheese, leaving the result rather soupy I’ll try it again with about 1/3-1/2 the amount of cream cheese and see how that turns out , This recipe is a great change from the normal sweet potatoes I added a bit of brown sugar to the cream cheese mixture, about 3 or 4 Tablespoons It was good without it but we have a bit of a sweet tooth Fresh nutmeg was a must along with marshmallows Thanks for sharing
