Pineapple Banana Loaf,This is our favorite banana loaf.A moist tender loaf with bits of crushed pineapple throughout. This recipe was found in a Robin Hood booklet many years ago. I have been making this loaf for many years. yield is 2 loaves.,I made this today. OMG! To die for! I also iced the two loaves with a cream cheese frosting (making it not too sweet), however the bread/cake is so lovely it doesnt really need icing. Light, fluffy and very soft thanks to the pineapple. I also used a mix of pecans, walnuts and almonds in the cup of nuts. We will eat one loaf now and freeze the other for lunches. I will also be using this recipe for gift solutions. Love it!!,Just made this with my daughter. Its a really great banana bread recipe! Definitely will be making it again!
