Pineapple Banana Loaf

    I made this today. OMG! To die for! I also iced the two loaves with a cream cheese frosting (making it not too sweet), however the bread/cake is so lovely it doesnt really need icing. Light, fluffy and very soft thanks to the pineapple. I also used a mix of pecans, walnuts and almonds in the cup of nuts. We will eat one loaf now and freeze the other for lunches. I will also be using this recipe for gift solutions. Love it!!

    Pineapple Banana Loaf,This is our favorite banana loaf.A moist tender loaf with bits of crushed pineapple throughout. This recipe was found in a Robin Hood booklet many years ago. I have been making this loaf for many years. yield is 2 loaves.,I made this today. OMG! To die for!     Beat Remaining Ingredients Together in a Large Bowl Until Blended.

    Spread in Two Greased 81/2x41/2 Loaf Pans Dividing Evenly.

    Bake at 350f For 60-70 Minutes or Until Toothpick Inserted in Centre Comes Out Clean.

    Cool 15 Minutes in Pan Then Remove to Rack to Cool Completely.
