Pineapple Cheese Ball,I received this recipe from a friend at work. Love this recipe because it is delicious and works up in a few minutes. Just the right touch of sweet vs. savory. Cook time is actually refrigerator time.,I have been making this Cheese Ball for many years, mostly around the holidays and I make quite a few for gifts. use this same recipe with 1 exception, use a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple(drained) instead of the small can. I roll them in crushed pecans put a cherry on the top and wrap them in clear cling wrap. Put it in a small basket or container with a package of crackers, and a couple of mints or candy canes, add a bow and hello! They are a winner for holiday gifts. Not expensive, easy to make, and delicious! Happy Holidays to Everyone! and stay safe : ),I made this last night w/o peppers, used seasoning salt no black pepper as didn’t know. Just tasted it all I taste is cream cheese & pineapple. What can I add for better taste or is it too late? Since I’m alone can I freeze the 3 of 4 I made? Can someone help before it’s too late, thank you
