Pineapple- Coconut Squares

    All I can say is...these are amazing !
    Be sure to put the pineapple directly on the crust as the recipe says. It sounds weird, but that makes the difference. I mixed it in with the topping by mistake and they were still good but not even close to the correct way.
    I have new favourite recipe ! Thanks
