    Pineapple Mandarin Chicken, , I think this recipe was just ok I was hoping for a nice burst of flavors from the fruit, but it was very bland tasting and the fruit taste wasn’t there really at all We left the juice in as suggested by another reviewer and even still there wasn’t much flavor We ended up adding a bit of brown sugar and shredded coconut to taste to our individual plates and that made it a bit better, but still not something we would make again

    Heat Oil in a Non-Stick Saute Pan.

    Cut Chicken Into Bite-Size Pieces and Add to Oil and Brown.

    Add Salt, Pepper, Garlic to Taste.

    Add Cornstarch to a Little Water, Stir and Add to Chicken.

    Sprinkle With Ginger and Add Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges.

    Stir Until Mixture Begins to Thicken and All Ingredients Are Cooked Well.
