So quick and easy to make. They hardened after about 45 minutes, and when I took them out, they made for a light dessert, with coffee. So good; it's just too bad they didn't last long.

Pineapple Pop ’em Balls,Here’s a quick and healthy dessert or snack with tropical flavours. I’m adding this recipe for ZWT5. This recipe comes from the Vegetarian Passport Cookbook by Linda Woolven.,So quick and easy to make. They hardened after about 45 minutes, and when I took them out, they made for a light dessert, with coffee. So good; it’s just too bad they didn’t last long.,These came out perfect for me, but I didn’t use any juice. I got the no-sulfur, low-sugar dried pinapple from the health food store. I’d like to try them with home-dehydrated pineapple to get no added sugar. Pineapple’s sweet. Why add sugar? My 2- & 4-year-olds loved these and frowned when I put some away for later. Thanks!
