Pineapple Pork Chops,A recipe from Coup de Pouce. This is a recipe perfect for a busy weekend. Takes only 15 minutes of preparation and 12 minutes of cooking.,Can use canned pineapple, and does it taste differently if I do? I can’t make it to the grocery store right now.,I LOVE this recipe. Pork chops can be really hit or miss, but with this recipe, they’re a big hit! I love the flavors and agree with another reviewer, the taste ends up somewhere between a BBQ sauce and a sweet and sour sauce. I personally throw all of the sauce ingredients (including the pineapple) into the Magic Bullet and blend it all up into a smooth sauce. It just makes it super easy, and is nice if you’re not a fan of chunks. Highly recommend this recipe! Yum.
