1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 cups powdered sugar
2 - 3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    I made these to try something different and my DD took some to school to give to her friends. They all loved them and begged her to beg me to make them some more!! Everytime i make them, I have to make extras so they can have some too. LOL I don't think the pineapple flavor is really strong but it's good. They almost have a cake like consistencey to them.

    Pineapple Puffs, These are delicious, with a very easy Vanilla glaze to put on top Great for a Hawaiian themed party , I made these to try something different and my DD took some to school to give to her friends They all loved them and begged her to beg me to make them some more!! Everytime i make them, I have to make extras so they can have some too LOL I don’t think the pineapple flavor is really strong but it’s good They almost have a cake like consistencey to them , These were tasty fluffy sweet pineapple cookies! I had some left over crushed pineapple to use and got this recipe Thanks for posting!

    Heat Oven to 375f.

    Beat Sugar, Butter, Sour Cream, Egg, and Pineapple in Large Bowl With Electric Mixer on Medium Speed, or Mix With Spoon.

    Stir in Flour, Baking Soda, Vanilla and Salt.

    Drop Dough by Rounded Teaspoonfuls About 2 Inches Apart Onto Ungreased Cookie Sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 Minutes or Until Almost No Indentation Remains When Touched in Center.
