    This recipe is reminscent of a jello salad my mother made every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas, except her recipe called for 2 pkgs of 3oz. Jell o. 1 pkg of lemon and one pkg of lime jello. Her recipe called for 8oz of cream cheese softened instead of cottsge cheese. Personally I like your pink cloud salad recipe better than my mom's recipe. used one pkg. Of lime jello so Ibguess I made a green cloud salad. Just delicious and yummy enough to serve as a light desert.

It’s not the prettiest thing either

    In a Large Saucepan, Mix the Pineapple and Cherry Jello.

    Bring to a Boil.
