Pinto Bean Dip, To me, this is the best layered Mexican style dip Got this from Taste of Home magazine , I got this from TOH too Been wanting to make it for some time and finally did last week I was a bit disappointed by it I wasn’t crazy about the sour cream/mayo/taco seasoning layer I thought it took over the whole dish , I, too, got this from TOH WAY back in 1998 ! Have been taking it to Sue’s annual Trim the Tree part ever since It is a great tasting dip and pretty as well I have a special platter which shows it off so well Thanks for posting, ratherbe
