    Pistachio Ambrosia,This is a different version of Ambrosia with a touch of the green for St. Patty’s Day. A hand me down recipe from a company pot luck. Cook time is time needed for chilling.,Do you drain the juice or leave it in,This is always a favorite at summer parties! Light and not too sweet makes it perfect for hot weather. I made it once with walnuts and that was a mistake, as I feel it completely changed the taste. I will continue making this without the nuts.
