    This was really easy and delicious!!! Will make again. I did not put the red peppers and added green onions. used chicken that I had sauteed with some olive oil and soy sauce. We served it warm but it is delicious cold as well. Thanks so much for sharing!!

It is a very popular dish and a much asked for recipe.,This was really easy and delicious!!! Will make again. I did not put the red peppers and added green onions. used chicken that I had sauteed with some olive oil and soy sauce. We served it warm but it is delicious cold as well. Thanks so much for sharing!!,Really great, quick, light dinner. It does have a kick! I halved the recipe but used the full amount of veggies and left out the meat. I’m looking forward to trying it cold and maybe adding a little lime juice or rice wine vinegar to the dressing. Thanks for posting this yummy recipe!

    For Vinaigrette: in a Bowl, Whisk Together the Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic and Sriracha Hot Sauce.

    Set Aside.

    For Noodles: Bring a Large Pot of Water to a Rolling Bowl, Add Salt to Taste, Then Add Noodles and Stir.

    While Noodles Are Cooking, Prepare the Cabbage, Carrots, Red Pepper, Cilantro and Chicken, Shrimp or Beef.

    When Noodles Are Done, Drain and Immediately Pour Into a Large Bowl.

    Add Vinaigrette, Vegetables and Meat or Fish; Stir to Combine Thoroughly.

    Note: in Testing, Low-Sodium Soy Sauce and Whole-Wheat Pasta Were Preferred.
