Poached Eggs in Catsup,Surprisingly good.,Wow, these really hit the spot this morning. The ketchup thickens while it cooks to make a nice thick sauce for the eggs. Its amazing that two ingredients can add so much flavor to the eggs. Thanks for the great recipe! It will definitely become a morning favorite.,I really like ketchup with my eggs and Ill eat almost anything but this was too “ketchuppy” if I can use that word. And if I had to eat this as a hangover cure, I dont think I would be doing to well afterwards. But personal opinion might be different. Sorry.
