Pol Roti (Coconut Roti/Indian Flatbread),This is from yesterday’s City Times newspaper. Looks sooo delish! I am drooling already. Will be making this very soon:),I would love to make this bread, but, what how exactly do I prepare the “scraped” coconut. Is it ground, fresh coconut?,Great recipe. This is not an Indian recipe this is a Sri Lankan recipe. “Pol” means coconut in sinhalese. Would be nice if the author or the owners of the website make the correction.
