Directions
Polenta With Garlicky Greens-, This makes a nutritious and delicious vegetarian meal of soft cornmeal with a tasty topping of sauted Swiss chard, raisins, and pine nuts. This came from the Good Housekeeping magazine, 1999. Directions are given for cooking the polenta in the microwave or for stove top. Enjoy!, This recipe was time consuming first to make the polenta, then to make the bok choy topping. It’s likely my fault, but I didn’t think polenta was runny. Somehow I thought it’d be more like the consistency of a cake. After the various ingredients, I thought it would be more tasty. After a few bites, my husband threw his away. Disappointing, especially after high reviews., In the reviews several people getting polenta in a tube. Where did they get it? Food market? What section? Thank you for your help?
