Polish Reuben Casserole, If you like Reuben sandwiches, you will love this casserole Got it out of one of those small cookbooks you see in line at the grocery store, a few years ago , We loved this! I did modify it for our family though used 1 can mushroom soup & 1 can chicken used potatoes rather than pasta (5 medium sized ones, pre-cooked) I added a teaspoon of fennel seeds & topped it all off with cheese Thanks for posting!, I gave this recipe 4 stars because it is very good, but to say it tastes like a Reuben is, in my, and my 40 yr old daughters opinion, a real stretch She did really like it though, and she can be a food critic to reckon with I even added about 2 Tblsp of Thousand Island dressing to the soup mix Good, but no reuben
