Pomegranate Glazed Cornish Game Hens, I have not tryed this yet. But I will. Pomegranates are a great souce of Vitiamin C and Potassium. Sure sounds good hope you all will like it. I got this recipe out of the sunday newpaper in the coupons., I made this for Valentine’s Day dinner and dh and I really enjoyed it. used bottled pomegranate juice since I cannot buy fresh pomegranates where I live. The cornish hens were really tender and juicy and the glaze gave it the right amount of sweetness. It was really easy! Thanks for posting., What gorgeous, tangy-sweet hens this makes. I recommend you use all the pomegranate juice you’ve got to make all the sauce possible. used bottled juice and next time I’ll use the whole bottle and apply the glaze two or three times. Pomegranate juice is generally available in the US bottled in the produce section near the bagged salad greens. This was awesome and couldn’t have been easier. Only change I made was to stuff the hens with Crabmeat Stuffing recipe #95321 using half lobster. It was to-die-for. Thank you, Braunda.
