Poor Man’s Pizza,This seems really CORNY but its good! Use as an appetizer if you like or just a great snack for yourself.,Pizza sauce.,Very tasty little snack! I tried with ketchup and also with homemade pizza sauce since I had some in the fridge; I liked both equally. used club crackers instead of Ritz as they were what I had on hand and also used banana pepper rings instead of pepperoni. I already knew that I love the combo of cheese, cracker, hot pepper, and tomato, but this was a new way to add the tomato to the mix. Thanks for sharing!
