Porcupine Burgers,Something different to banish burger burn-out! You can substitute lean ground pork, chicken or beef. Adapted from a China Boy recipe.,These were really good burgers. I love burgers, but do get bored of plain old beef burgers with no pizzazz. These fixed that! I love the soy/hoisin sauce flavors. I switch to garlic salt and onion powder, but don’t think that made a difference in any way. Thanks for posting this easy, tasty recipe!,Great burgers that take very little time to put together. Instead of ground turkey used ground round and dark molasses for the hoisin sauce. The chow mein noodles do not stay crunchy when the burgers are cooked but add a nicer texture and flavor than bread crumbs. I did increase the garlic powder to 1/2 teaspoon. Served with racrgal’s Recipe #315940 and green beans. Made and reviewed for the Asian Forums Use Your Noodle Tag Game.
