Excellent! We were attempting to replicate our local Japanese steakhouse's stir-fry at home with what we had on hand & were thrilled with the results. We used rotisserie chicken added close to the end of cooking sliced red cabbage, onions, garlic, sliced fresh mushrooms, matchstick carrots & cubed, unpeeled zucchini. We'll be making this again & soon! Thanks for sharing.

Pork and Vegetable Lo Mein Easy and Delicious, My family loves this hearty main dish. I get requests for it often. It’s very quick and easy to prepare, great for when you’re in a hurry. You can buy a couple of the ingredients already prepared in the produce section of the grocery store, if you like., Excellent!
