Pork Chop and Potato Casserole, This recipe has been in my family for a really long time you have your meat and potatoes all in one dish, just add a salad and dinner is ready , This was awesome my husband does not like onions so instead I added one can of drained mushrooms and added a extra can of mushroom soup for more creamier sauce it came out good my husband really liked it Thanks, I have made this dish for years but do only one thing different, I add a can of golden mushroom soup It is really good and easy Tastes like you spent a long time in the kitchen but you don’t We like it with garlic bread and iced tea Thanks
