Pork Chops and Rice, This recipe comes straight from my great aunt in Georgia It has been my favorite since I was a little girl Very simple to make and even better to eat! Serving size depends on how many chops you use , Just tried this recipe tonight and it turned out great I seasoned the chops with s & p and granulated garlic I also used chicken broth instead of water and added about 6 ounces of fresh chopped baby portabellas My family and I were pleasantly surprised! Served with roasted asparagus and sliced fresh tomatoes , This was so easy, so quick and required so little ingredients that I am SOOOO surprised at how good this was The only reason that I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pork chops were a bit bland That was probably my fault since I only seasoned the pork chops with salt and pepper before browning them Next time I need a quick meal I will go to this and then use a lot more spices on the actual pork chops Thanks for a great little recipe Icancook2!
