Pork Chops Dijon,,I’ve made this three times now and have really enjoyed it – I like tart things! I did make extra sauce to put on rice and broccoli as well. I would at least double it!,Like everyone said I doubled the sauce. I honestly thought this was too simple to be that great but it was delicious! I will definitely be making again ? so glad I gave it a chance.
