    Pork Chops In Onion ‘N Garlic Gravy,Tender juicy pork chop dish. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and you have real comfort food! This gravy can be used with other meats as well.,Great easy recipe. Makes a lot of sauce. Not quite as tender as cooking in the slow cooker.,Ok this was real yummy…dh really loved it..it was a nice change from store bought gravy..the only thing I did different was I only had chicken bouillon and added water and boiled in a pot and to that I added flour and seasonings..had some beef broth and added it and stirred over med heat and made a gravy..also added some milk and Parmesan cheese..but other than the gravy made it exactly as indicated..it was delish..dh loved it…thanks for sharing.

    Lightly Salt and Pepper Chops.

    Brown Pork Chops in Olive Oil.

    Add Onions and Garlic and Saute Until Soft, Being Careful not to Burn.

    Add Water and Bring to a Boil.

    Whisk Together Flour, Chicken Broth and Browning Sauce.

    Add to Skillet, Stirring Well.

    Cover and Cook Over Low Heat 30 to 45 Minutes or Until Tender.

    Taste Gravy and Add Additional Salt and Pepper, If Necessary.
