Directions
Pork Chops Ole,I make this for my family on a regular basis. It has a wonderful flavor and the pork chops are always tender! I found the recipe in a Taste of Home Magazine .,Very easy to make! I decreased the cooking time to an hour and fifteen minutes. The pork chops and rice turned out great. Simply delicious.,Great meal. Loved all the spices and how easy it was to make. Made half a recipe for the two of us. Only cooked 1 hour as I made it in a cast iron skillet so went right into the oven.
