I decreased the cooking time to an hour and fifteen minutes The pork chops and rice turned out great Simply delicious , Great meal Loved all the spices and how easy it was to make Made half a recipe for the two of us Only cooked 1 hour as I made it in a cast iron skillet so went right into the oven

    In a Large Skillet, Brown Pork Chops in Oil; Sprinkle With Seasoned Salt and Pepper.

    Meanwhile, in a Greased 13x9x2-Inch Baking Dish, Combine Rice, Water, Tomato Sauce and Taco Seasoning; Mix Well.
