Pork Chops Parmesan, Gives pork chops a great flavour! From “1001 Low Fat Recipes”, altered to suit our household. You can make these quicker by turning up the heat, but be very careful! The coating will burn very quickly!, These pork chops were absolutely delicious and were super tender! I browned the outsides quickly in a pan but then transferred them to the oven @ 375 for about 30 minutes. Family raved about them…will definitely make them again.
