Pork Chops With Blue Cheese Gravy, BOY, does this look good…. if you like blue cheese. I highly recommend a moist blue cheese as opposed to a more crumbly one to facilitate making the sauce. Nabbed with no shame whatsoever from allrecipes.com., WOW!! I have never made such a SIMPLE dish and had it turn out to be so DELICIOUS! I followed the recipe exactly and really would not change a thing. Served it with peas and mashed potatoes., This is so good! Followed the recipe exactly, and it was very tasty. One complaint, and I should know better – always brine pork first. chops need to be a little more tender. I’ll do this the next time, then it WILL be 5 stars, for sure. Gravy was great over noodles. Try it with chicken breasts? Why not!
