Directions
Pork Chow Mein in 30 Minutes, A very tasty and easy recipe using left over pork roast. It is from a 1973 Betty Crocker “Family Dinners In a Hurry” cookbook., I’m gonna turn this into soup., I didn’t have any pork roast, so I diced up some pork chops and stir-fried them instead. I also used green onions instead of regular onions and chicken bouillon mixed in water instead of condensed broth.
