Directions
Pork Curry ( for the Ladies),This recipe was created with the ladies in mind. Spicy, but not too hot. Simple to prepare and cook. Served with a vegetable dish over rice. The sauce can be thickened with a few table spoons of ground almonds.,Simple recipe, though very standard as far as taste. Rather than a curry it reminded me more of tikka masala (though lacked the creaminess). Next time I make it I will as ginger and maggi/soy to add some depth. The curry tasted more of cinnamon than anything else.,About double the cumin, coriander, and chili powder. Added a touch of ginger and soy to boost the bite.
