Pork (or veal) Cutlets with Balsamic Sauce, A very quick and flavorful dish The recipe was shared on another cooking website and has been a hit in our family , I was pretty excited to just have to press the crumbs into the meat and not have to do the whole breading station drill but even with adding more oil when turning the cutlets the coating on one side stuck to the pan I think that is due to my pan having hot sptsOther than that it was an easy breezy meal to put together and the balsamic sauce was very nice Made for Susie’s World Tour
