Pork Satay, This recipe is from Mark Bittman. The cooking time does not include time to marinate., Yum!! I added some hot sauce, and little more lemon juice personal preference I will come back to this often!!, Delicious! All diners loved this. Only advice I would offer is not to start boiling your marinade too early….you’ll end up with nothing. ….because of the pork, I wanted to make sure it was cooked! Slice the Pork as Thinly as You Can It's Easier If You Freeze It For 15 to 20 Minutes First. |
